Position Type: Temp to Hire
Position Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30pm-12:00am, Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays
Position Salary: $20.00-$22.00/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components that are critical to our production process. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts and components according to specifications
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to determine the appropriate machining processes and parameters
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
