Responsibilities:

Join DMH-USA, a trusted partner of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, in an exciting role as CNC Programmer -Operator. The person in this position is responsible for programming and operating a CNC Machine. The CNC Programmer - Operator is an integral part of the DMH-USA operation having a hand in full-cycle production.

  • Studies blueprints and creating the design, cutting plastics and manipulating it to build the project, and performing regular maintenance on their machinery.

  • Fabricate items such as machine parts and tools.

  • Set up CNC lathes according to blueprint specifications.

  • Select and align holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks

  • Make machine adjustments and modify program speeds

  • Adhere to all ISO standards and participate in regular ISO audits.

  • Works with the CNC Supervisor to organize work in the production area to meet current workloads, ensuring all orders are completed accurately.

  • Adheres to all safety rules and guidelines.

  • Supports lean manufacturing through 5S methodology: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position; lift up to 50 pounds and standing for 4or more hours at a time.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
Basic English reading and speaking skills required to understand work instructions and safety information.

2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution center, preferred.

1 or more years of experience as a CNC Programmer - Operator, preferred.

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (final offer within this range based on skills, experience, and internal equity)
