CNC Machine Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shifts
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in the production of parts and components. The CNC Machine Operator will work closely with the production team to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to understand the specifications of the product.
  • Monitor machine operations to maintain product quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Document production data, production output, and quality control results.
  • Collaborate to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lb pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for operating machines and measuring tools.
  • Read and write the English language with proficiency.
  • Capability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
