How does the sign-on bonus for a CNA position typically work?

A sign-on bonus for CNA positions is a financial incentive offered by employers to attract qualified candidates and fill urgent staffing needs. Usually, the bonus is paid either as a lump sum or in installments after you complete specified periods of employment, such as 30, 60, or 90 days on the job. It's important to review the terms carefully, as some bonuses require you to remain employed for a minimum time or meet performance standards to retain the full amount.
