Position Overview

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA provides essential hands-on care and supports daily living needs for residents. The CNA plays an integral role in ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

  • Support nutritional care, including meal delivery, feeding assistance, and hydration

  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and other observations; promptly report changes to nursing staff

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming resident environment

  • Transport residents within the facility for therapy, activities, or medical care

  • Document care provided in accordance with facility policies

  • Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care
