Starting Pay: $22.73 per hour

Available Shifts
AM Shift: 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m.
NOC Shift: 10:30 p.m. 7:00 a.m.
2040 hours per week
Must be available to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Pool (PRN) positions are not available at this time
Shift Premiums
$2.00/hour shift differential
Additional $2.00/hour weekend differential
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Must be in good standing on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Primary Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and bowel and bladder training.
Assist residents with meals, including serving trays, feeding assistance, and recording food and fluid intake and weights.
Obtain and document vital signs, reporting changes in resident condition to the nurse.
Assist residents with positioning, transfers, and ambulation according to individualized care plans.
Follow all safety procedures and infection prevention protocols.
Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and other departments.
Accurately document resident care in accordance with policies and procedures.
Report changes in resident condition promptly while maintaining resident confidentiality.
Attend required in-service training and continuing education to maintain compliance with federal and state requirements.
