Location: Milford Center
Assignment Duration: 7 Weeks
Shift: Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Milford Center team for a 7-week contract assignment. This position supports a recently reopened unit and requires a dependable professional committed to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

  • Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report any changes to nursing staff

  • Provide compassionate patient care and emotional support

  • Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility using proper techniques

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment

  • Follow infection control, safety policies, and facility procedures

  • Accurately document care provided during each shift
