Job Description:
Provides in home personal care services and other designated health-related services according to written and/or verbal directions prepared by registered professional personnel.
Education:
• Required: Completion of Home Health Aide competency test to be administered by CoxHealth at Home staff before Hire.
• Required: Completion of Home Health Aide basic skills test to be administered by CoxHealth at Home staff within 90 days of hire.
Experience:
• Required: Six months of paid experience as an agency caregiver.
Skills:
• Ability to follow directions and perform duties with minimum supervision.
• Exhibit sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
• Required: MO CNA License OR MO CMT License OR MO CMA License OR as of 1/1/2022 grandfathered with an Accredited Nurse Aide Certification
• Required: Active Driver's License
