About You:

You dream in PHP and complex MySQL queries, and understand the inner workings of CMS systems. You wish all people communicated via RESTful APIs. About The Position:

We are looking for a Full Stack PHP Developer to work within our technology team. S/he will be responsible for building, developing, and integrating web and mobile applications. S/he will be completely hands-on, writing well-formatted code while working within our development methodologies. We prefer applicants to have at least 5  years of experience within all aspects of web development, but we're willing to speak with exceptional people with less experience. You will be coached and nurtured directly by our Director of Web and Application Development.

Requirements:

           5+ years (preferred) of experience with all aspects of web development including PHP, MySQL, RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and Bootstrap

           Experience with the standard LAMP stack.

           Practical experience with Object-Oriented PHP (>= 5.3)

           Demonstrable experience writing, and debugging, queries in MySQL

           Practical understanding of content management systems

           Experience building Wordpress plugins

           Experience with MVC frameworks (Laravel is a plus)

           Experience with source control systems such as GIT

           Experience with SSH and Shell

           Knowledge and experience with popular hosting service such as AWS

           Comfortable working in a Mac environment

           Strong sense of ownership and pride in the products you build

           Ability to deliver quality work with a sense of urgency

           Ability and willingness to dive into code written by others to figure things out

           Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

           Ability to be a positive influence on your colleagues

           Remote location is possible

           Experience with B2B or B2B2C applications

           Experience with C# or Java
