Objective
The Maintenance Planner will perform proactive planning & scheduling of the PMs for production and facility equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Owns the site-wide preventive maintenance (PM) program across all planning horizons (quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily).
  • Develops long-term (quarterly/monthly) maintenance plans to ensure all required PMs are scheduled and aligned with equipment needs.
  • Builds detailed weekly and daily schedules aligned with production plans and operational priorities.
  • Plans and sequences maintenance work to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinates with Production and LCT Leads to schedule critical PMs and planned downtime.
  • Ensures schedules are realistic, executable, and optimized based on labor, parts, and equipment availability.
  • Ensures all required parts and critical spares are identified, ordered, and available prior to scheduled maintenance.
  • Reports key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance group.
  • Manages due date extension process for PM tasks.
  • Reviews completed work orders for proper documentation.
  • Supports task addition, change, entry, and approval process.
  • Outage planning & procurement for maintenance activities.
  • Intake of corrective work orders and input into CMMS.

Qualifications
Educaton: HS Diploma/GED required.
Experience: 5 years experience in maintenance in manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience: 5 years of Mainenance planning and CMMS experience.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
