About the Role:
Join a highly skilled maintenance team as an Industrial Lubrication Technician at a leading manufacturing facility in Greenville, SC. Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including sprockets, chains, bearings, gearboxes, and related mechanisms
- Lubricate moving parts using specified lubricants and ensure optimal equipment performance
- Conduct minor equipment repairs, cleaning, and filter changes to maintain production efficiency
- Troubleshoot and assist with resolving issues related to lubricant degradation, contamination, and abnormal machine wear
- Complete repairs, modifications, and maintenance on building systems and facility equipment
- Operate diagnostic hardware, hand tools, and laptop computers (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Maintain accurate work records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Safely operate a fork truck and adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE use and lockout/tagout procedures
- Flexibly adjust to changing schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide timely service and feedback
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant industrial or mechanical maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, bend, kneel, squat, and walk extensively throughout shifts
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License (or ability to obtain)
- U.S. citizenship (required for facility access)
- Strong commitment to safety and professional conduct
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CMMS for preventive and predictive maintenance
- Fork truck operation certification
- Familiarity with industrial troubleshooting and diagnostics
