Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician, to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities through maintenance, repairs, renovations and troubleshooting of various systems. This role requires a strong understanding of property maintenance, and customer service skills to effectively address maintenance needs while providing excellent support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair appliances, plumbing and electrical systems, to resolve issues efficiently

Appliance, Plumbing and Electrical repair

Complete work orders, turn, make readies etc. in appropriate time frame

Conduct residential painting and other general maintenance tasks as required.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Requirements:

Proven experience in a maintenance role with a focus on work orders that address appliances, plumbing and electrical concerns

Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks and inventory management.

multifamily apartment maintenance experience -

HVAC /EPA certification, and experience required

CPO certification, and experience preferred

Plumbing license preferred

Available to work weekends and do emergency on calls

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Time Management

A background in customer service is beneficial for interacting with clients.
