Premium Club Line Attendant - Utah Jazz & Utah Mammoth @ Delta Center

Help deliver a smooth and high-quality premium food experience at the Delta Center!

As a Premium Club Line Attendant, you will support the Premium hospitality team by preparing, assembling, stocking, and maintaining food items on the service line. This position plays an important role in keeping food areas organized, guest-ready, and moving efficiently during busy events.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, organized, team-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model and promote Levy's Family Values: Nice, Innovative, Passionate, and Inclusive.
  • Prepare and assemble food items according to Levy standards and presentation expectations.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain food lines before and during events.
  • Ensure ingredients, dishes, utensils, and supplies are organized and available throughout service.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, presentation, and cleanliness on the line.
  • Restock food, dishes, and service supplies as needed during shifts.
  • Communicate with culinary staff, servers, and Premium team members to support smooth service flow.
  • Follow all Levy, Delta Center, food-safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace-safety procedures.
  • Report equipment issues, product shortages, or service concerns to management promptly.
  • Support team efforts to deliver an excellent guest experience.
  • Assist with setup, service support, and breakdown of premium food areas.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned based on event and department needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Food service, line attendant, line cook, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
  • Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to take direction.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to menu changes, procedures, and service needs.
  • Ability to follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to work in hot, fast-paced kitchen or service environments.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight as needed.
  • Ability to work a flexible event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handler Permit.
