As a Club Lounge Assistant at The Pfister Hotel, you will act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing exceptional food and beverage service, personalized assistance, and information about local attractions. You will ensure guests enjoy a comfortable, seamless, and memorable experience in the Club Lounge.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel has been a Milwaukee icon for nearly 130 years. Recognized for its grand tradition of gracious service and timeless style, The Pfister has proudly held the AAA Four Diamond designation for 46 consecutive years-one of only 11 properties in North America to do so since the program's inception in 1976.

What You'll Be Doing:

         Greet guests warmly and provide a hospitable, engaging welcome.

         Identify guest needs and offer personalized service throughout their stay.

         Provide accurate information regarding hotel features, daily events, F&B outlets, Well Spa, and city attractions.

         Perform duties of Club Lounge Attendant, ensuring guests receive first-class service and comfort.

         Complete data entry and guest transactions in the front desk computer system.

         Set up, replenish, and break down food and beverage offerings as needed.

         Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge and service stations.

         Perform assigned side work such as replenishing condiments and restocking supplies.

         Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints within scope of authority.

         Follow proper health and sanitation practices in all food and beverage areas.

         Perform other duties as assigned by management.

         High school diploma or equivalent required.
