About the Opportunity:

Addison Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking Dental Treatment Coordinators to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with strong team tenure and continued expansion.

Our client operates multiple busy practice locations and is looking for individuals who thrive in a high-volume setting while delivering exceptional patient support and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for patients and families seeking information about treatment options and services
  • Guide patients through the treatment coordination process with professionalism and compassion
  • Explain treatment recommendations, financial obligations, and payment options clearly and confidently
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating care across multiple providers or specialty offices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and records
  • Help create a welcoming and positive experience for patients throughout their visit
  • Support providers with administrative preparation related to consultations and treatment planning
  • Provide general education regarding dental care, treatment expectations, and follow-up instructions
  • Communicate effectively with patients to address questions, concerns, and common objections regarding treatment plans

Qualifications:

  • Prior dental experience strongly preferred; candidates with medical office experience will also be considered
  • Experience as a Dental Assistant or in patient coordination/customer-facing healthcare roles is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Stable work history and professional tenure preferred
  • Familiarity with dental software systems such as Cloud9 is beneficial, but not required
  • Comfortable working with a high volume of patient interaction daily
