Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Lead Consultant to join our robust Cloud practice. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall technical delivery for Oracle Cloud-enabled projects
  • Lead problem analysis, solutions development, and decision making that will have a significant impact on Oracle Cloud Solutions offerings
  • Design and implement an Oracle Cloud-enabled approach for technical solution needs
  • Research, recommend, and implement changes to standards and procedures to enhance technical standards and approaches and tools to streamline future projects
  • Development and documentation of standard automation architectures and frameworks, working in coordination with the project analysts
  • Partner with leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to keep project alignment, mitigate risks, and deliver meaningful outcomes for customer and practice success

Qualifications:

Must have a solid understanding and work experience as an Oracle Cloud Technical Lead with the following:

  • Must have 3-5+ years' hands-on technical Oracle Cloud experience
  • Successfully completed 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects in a Technical Lead capacity, overseeing solution design, integration, data conversion, and deployment activities across Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP applications.
  • Ability to lead other developers through the different project phases
  • Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
  • Experience with Redwood is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Public Sector experience is plus
  • Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
  • Must already be living in the US
  • Be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
