Job Title: Program / Project Manager Data Transformation & Cloud Migration

Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) in Office Chicago , Deerfield, IL

Duration: Long Term Contract With potential extension.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, specifically focused on Data Transformation and Cloud Migration. This is a high-priority role requiring strong leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage Data Transformation and Cloud Migration initiatives across multiple teams
  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
  • Drive governance, reporting, and communication across all levels of the organization
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in program and project management

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs (must-have)
  • Strong background in Data Transformation and Cloud Migration projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus
