Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS), and cloud networking, with a proven ability to lead cloud migration initiatives, optimize infrastructure performance, and troubleshoot complex cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Terraform, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage lifecycles.
  • Utilize Terraform and Ansible to deploy, configure, and maintain cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters on EKS, GKE, and AKS, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Implement and troubleshoot monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and ELK Stack.
  • Optimize application performance by managing cloud-native services, including Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MS-SQL.
  • Design and implement cloud networking solutions, including VPC, Subnets, Routing, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, and Direct Connect, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
  • Leverage Karpenter to optimize Kubernetes scaling, improving cost-efficiency and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience migrating from AWS CloudFormation to Terraform.
  • Expertise in deploying and managing cloud environments on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS).
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EBS, ECS, MSK).
  • Experience with cloud networking, including VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and SolarWinds.
  • Experience with Karpenter for Kubernetes workload optimization and autoscaling.
  • 7+ years in cloud infrastructure engineering, including databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MS-SQL.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Kubernetes, networking, and cloud-native services.
