L'architecte technologique de l'equipe Environnement et Outils de travail numerique joue un role cle dans l'evolution des fondations infonuagiques et des plateformes d'infrastructure de l'organisation. En etroite collaboration avec les equipes internes, les partenaires d'affaires et l'architecture d'entreprise, il contribue a definir et a faire evoluer des solutions coherentes, securitaires et alignees avec la vision strategique et technologique.

Il agit comme reference architecturale et leader d'influence dans les domaines de l'infonuagique et de l'infrastructure, notamment sur AWS et les pratiques d'InfrastructureasCode, afin de soutenir la maturation des equipes et l'evolution des facons de faire. Il participe activement aux initiatives de modernisation, d'automatisation et d'evolution des services, dans un contexte hybride incluant les environnements infonuagiques et les plateformes collaboratives.

Vous vous realiserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
  • Developper et maintenir une vision transversale des architectures infonuagiques et d'infrastructure, en tenant compte des besoins d'affaires, des exigences de securite, de la gouvernance et des orientations d'architecture d'entreprise.
  • Analyser, documenter et traduire les besoins d'affaires en principes, cadres et cibles d'architecture, incluant les environnements infonuagiques (AWS, Azure), les solutions hybrides et les environnements de travail numerique (Microsoft 365).
  • Agir comme conseiller et reference architecturale aupres des equipes internes et des partenaires, en accompagnant des dossiers structurants lies a l'evolution du cloud, a l'automatisation, a l'InfrastructureasCode et aux pratiques DevOps.
  • Contribuer a la definition de standards, de bonnes pratiques et de modes operatoires en matiere d'architecture cloud et d'automatisation, afin de soutenir la montee en maturite des equipes.
  • Collaborer etroitement avec l'architecture d'entreprise afin d'assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs corporatifs, les standards technologiques, la gouvernance et les priorites strategiques.
  • Soutenir l'amelioration continue des methodes, pratiques et processus, notamment par l'adoption structuree de l'automatisation, de l'InfrastructureasCode et de pratiques DevOps / CICD, dans une perspective d'encadrement et d'evolution organisationnelle.
  • Participer activement a la veille technologique, particulierement en ce qui concerne les services infonuagiques, les modeles d'architecture cloud, les outils d'automatisation et les tendances emergentes.
  • Contribuer a l'evaluation et a l'integration responsable de solutions d'intelligence artificielle appliquees aux operations TI (ex. Copilot, automatisation intelligente), en considerant les enjeux de securite, de gouvernance, de conformite et d'ethique.
  • Supporter et accompagner les equipes lors de situations techniques ou architecturales complexes, en apportant une expertise, une capacite d'analyse et un leadership permettant d'eclairer les decisions et de renforcer les competences internes.
Vos talents et qualifications :
  • Baccalaureat en informatique, genie logiciel ou domaine connexe
  • Experience de minimum 7 annees pertinentes dans des roles d'architecture technologique ou d'architecture infonuagique au sein de grandes organisations
  • Experience significative dans des environnements infonuagiques, avec une expertise marquee sur AWS et une bonne comprehension des architectures hybrides et multicloud
  • Comprehension approfondie des concepts d'InfrastructureasCode, d'automatisation et de pratiques DevOps, incluant l'experience de cadres, standards et gouvernance associes (ex. Terraform, CI/CD, automatisation)
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, services collaboratifs), dans un contexte d'integration avec des plateformes infonuagiques
  • Capacite a exercer un leadership d'influence, a accompagner les equipes dans leurs decisions architecturales et a contribuer activement a leur montee en maturite technologique
  • Interet et comprehension des principes d'integration de l'intelligence artificielle dans les environnements TI et M365 (ex. Copilot), ainsi que des enjeux associes (securite, conformite, gouvernance)
  • Maitrise avancee de la langue francaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit ainsi qu'une maitrise intermediaire de la langue anglaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en raison de la nature des taches ou d'interactions avec des collegues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de repondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
