• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions, focusing on identifying client issues and developing effective solutions.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to conduct treatment programs aimed at managing symptoms of mental health challenges, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sessions within the cloud-based EHR system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and goals of each client.
• Promote client safety, confidentiality, and trust throughout the counseling process.

This position serves a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals facing a range of mental health issues. Our clients may experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health challenges. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is essential.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Proficiency in using technology, including a reliable laptop or desktop, reliable internet, and web camera for telehealth sessions.
• Strong ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills to navigate flexible scheduling opportunities.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
• Willingness to accommodate occasional weekends and evenings in your schedule.

While the required experience is three years in mental health counseling, preference will be given to candidates with specialized training or experience in diverse therapeutic modalities, trauma-informed care, or working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or those with dual diagnoses.

• The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience.
