As part of our outpatient office team, you will utilize advanced technologies, including a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, to conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions. You’ll have access to cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) for streamlined service delivery and compliance with various insurance requirements.

• Deliver high-quality counseling services through telehealth platforms, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client, focusing on their unique challenges and goals.
• Provide group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing peer support for individuals coping with similar issues, thereby fostering a community of understanding.
• Use evidence-based techniques to address diverse mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and dual diagnoses.
• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices in mental health counseling and consistently apply new knowledge in your client interactions.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of client progress and treatment interventions within our cloud-based EHR system.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to enhance overall patient care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

Your caseload will encompass a wide range of clients from varied backgrounds, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, and related issues. You will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals, families, and groups through their healing journeys, making a significant difference in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of relevant mental health counseling experience is required, showcasing your effectiveness in this area.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and cloud-based EHR systems; candidates must possess a reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet, and a webcam.
• Ability to work independently while consistently managing your schedule and patient needs.
• A successful background check is required.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including willingness to accommodate some evening and weekend hours as needed.

• Experience with diverse populations and various counseling methodologies.
• Certifications in specific therapeutic approaches (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy) are a plus.
• Demonstrated success in creating and facilitating group therapy sessions.
