JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our 5-star Team! Martinizing Cleaners is looking for outgoing teammates that enjoy people and will give our customers an exceptional experience!


We are building something special and need personable, responsible, customer-focused teammates for our brand new, environmentally friendly Martinizing garment care stores. These team members will directly represent our unique brand and must have warm, friendly, and positive attitudes as they interact with and build important relationships with our customers. Candidates must be outgoing, quick learners, detail and action oriented, and like being part of a team culture.


We offer our teammates competitive compensation and stability, with opportunity for future growth based on performance. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling to accommodate mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays.


No prior dry cleaning experience is required. Prior customer service experience is helpful, but not necessary. It is more important for us to find teammates with the right detail ethic, temperament, and drive to help us grow the business significantly. This is an excellent opportunity for the right people to join our passionate and hard-working Martinizing team, to help us deliver our customers the best garment care experience, period.


Responsibilities of our Team Members:
  • Warmly greet and assist all customers in-store and over the phone
  • Assist with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
  • Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs and/or questions
  • Mark, tag, and sort customer garments
  • Run wet cleaning loads (laundry)
  • Fold and organize customer garments and household items
  • Ensure cash drawer accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance
  • General housekeeping to support a professional and clean store appearance
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • No previous experience in dry cleaning required.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
