About the Role:
Join Clothes Mentor as an Assistant Manager in women's fashion resale, where you will play a pivotal role in our vibrant, busy and fun retail environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team while delivering exceptional customer experiences in the growing world of women's fashion and style.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily store operations and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and inventory targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Conduct staff training on product knowledge, inventory acquistition (buying) and sales techniques.
  • Analyze operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management and replenishment processes.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in women's fashion.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and direct a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion merchandising is a plus.
