Ford General Sales Manager
The Landmark Automotive Group, is seeking a high-performing Ford Certified General Sales Manager (GSM) to assist in leading our sales department. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help to oversee new and used vehicle sales, finance (F&I), and internet sales teams. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of volume growth, high profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Teams: Manage, train, and motivate sales managers, advisors, and F&I staff.
  • Drive Inventory: Optimize new Ford allocations and used car turn rates.
  • Maximize Profit: Implement effective sales strategies to meet gross profit goals.
  • Monitor Metrics: Track daily dealership performance, CRM data, and market trends.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Ford corporate sales standards and compliance.
  • Elevate CSI: Maintain top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index scores per Ford guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Certification: Active Ford Motor Company Sales Manager Certification, while not required is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of automotive GSM or strong Sales Manager experience.
  • Dealership Tech: Proficiency with VinSolutions, Reynolds & Reynolds, or CDK systems.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Clear Background: Clean credit and valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
