This position is remote eligible but you MUST be located in our business footprint, which includes the following states: TN, KY, AL, GA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day management, attendance, training, hiring, recruiting, and performance reviews for all closing department staff which includes Closers, Funders and ICD Specialists.
  • Interface professionally with title companies, clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and mortgage lenders to ensure a successful close.
  • Elevate service levels for customers by overseeing all mortgage loan closings.
  • Participate in the Regional Operations Center(ROC) Leadership Team. Promote the goals, standards and vision of the ROC within your team.
  • Manage the ROC closing pipeline. Proactively communicate to ensure all teams are informed and prepared for a successful closing.
  • Ensure future salability and quality control of residential mortgage loans and refinances by adhering to all lender underwriting guidelines and federal and state regulations
  • Examine and implement closing processes as required to maintain accurate loan files, settlement statements, and closing documents

  • Exceptional communication, supervision, math, customer service, and organization skills are required
