Job Description:
We are seeking a candidate with strong hands-on experience in CLOAS (Collateralized Loan Obligation Accounting System) to support CLO accounting, reporting, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of CLO structures, waterfall calculations, and investor reporting, with experience working in asset management or capital markets environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Work extensively with CLOAS for CLO accounting, reconciliations, and reporting
Perform monthly/quarterly CLO accounting activities, including cash flows and waterfall calculations
Support trustee reporting, investor statements, and compliance reporting
Reconcile positions, cash balances, and loan data across systems
Coordinate with portfolio managers, trustees, and operations teams
Assist in system enhancements, data validation, and issue resolution
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of CLO financial data
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with CLOAS
Good understanding of CLO structures, tranches, and waterfalls
Experience in CLO accounting, operations, or fund accounting
Knowledge of capital markets / structured finance
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
