Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage day-to-day servicing transfer activity for CMBS and CLO portfolios, including transfers into Special Servicing and returns to the Master Servicer.
  • Facilitate the boarding of new loan originations from the High Yield Team by coordinating with internal teams and the Master Servicer.
  • Generate and distribute the Monthly Modification Tracker Report on a recurring basis.
  • Process funding and disbursement requests in accordance with loan documents and servicing requirements.
  • Process monthly loan payment applications accurately and timely.
  • Assist Asset Managers and Analysts with general loan servicing inquiries.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests as assigned by the VP of Loan Servicing.

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, underwriting, loan servicing, or a related field. Working knowledge of loan documents and the workout process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey information effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
