About the Role

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join the Finance Group’s Structured Finance Subgroup at a highly regarded national law firm. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex structured finance, securitization, and CLO matters within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience.
  • Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm is strongly preferred.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on structured finance transactions, including securitization and CLOs.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop innovative solutions.
