· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
· Licensed with South Carolina State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
· Minimum of three (3) years clinical nursing experience preferred.
· Ambulatory care, primary care, care management, clinical triage, or population health experience preferred.
· EMR proficiency preferred.
· Strong communication and critical thinking skills required.
