Clinical Support Representatives are professionals who provide administrative and non-clinical assistance within healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, or physicians' offices. Their responsibilities typically include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling billing and insurance inquiries, and serving as a liaison between patients and medical staff. They play a crucial role in ensuring that clinical operations run smoothly and that patients receive timely, accurate information and support. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of healthcare systems are essential for this role.

How does a clinical support representative typically collaborate with clinical and administrative teams?
