Chief Medical Officer

The Position: The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) leads clinical strategy, provider oversight, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and HRSA regulations. They play a critical role in advancing clinical excellence, improving patient outcomes, and aligning care delivery with organizational goals in a complex healthcare environment.

  • $275,000 - $300,000 Based on Experience

Requirements:

  • Active Florida Medical License BE/BC
  • Lead and oversee all medical providers (physicians, NPs, PAs)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and medical documentation.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those from low-income or underserved communities, is highly preferred.
  • Establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and best practices
  • Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention
  • Oversee credentialing, privileging, and peer review processes

Responsibilities:

  • Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
  • Ensure compliance with HRSA, federal, and state healthcare regulations
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with COO/CEO on strategic planning and service expansion
  • No Late Nights
