About the Role:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plays a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups within diverse healthcare and social assistance settings. This position focuses on assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and social functioning. The LCSW collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and community resources, to ensure holistic care and support for clients. Additionally, the role involves advocating for clients’ rights and access to services, while maintaining meticulous documentation to comply with regulatory standards. Ultimately, the LCSW contributes to improving the quality of life for clients by addressing complex psychosocial challenges through compassionate and professional care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of practice within the United States.
  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct mental health services.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in clinical practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in healthcare or social assistance settings such as hospitals, community mental health centers, or outpatient clinics.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation software.
  • Training or certification in specialized therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse client populations effectively.
  • Experience with case management and coordination of community resources.
