Job description

Clinical Manager (RN)

We have recently partnered with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable hospice organization in the Savannah, GA area. This organization is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and providing quality care to patients and their families.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $85,000+ Depending on Experience
  • Health Insurance (Employer pays 70%+ of premium)
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Mileage Reimbursement
  • Generous PTO + Paid Holidays
  • Retirement: 403(b) with Company Match
  • Supplemental Coverage (Life, Short/Long-Term Disability, etc.)

Schedule:

  • Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
  • Includes Some After-Hours & Weekend Rotation
  • On-Call Rotation Required

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for home care and/or after-hours teams
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission standards
  • Maintain high-quality patient care and hospice best practices
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
  • Participate in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
  • Serve as a resource and leader for interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse License in Georgia
  • BSN Preferred
  • 3+ Years of Management or Supervisory Experience
  • Hospice, Home Health, or Oncology Experience Preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation Required
