RN Clinical Manager – Home Health & Infusion Services

Full-Time | Leadership Role | Field-Based Position

Our growing home health agency is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations and support our field staff. This leadership role combines administrative oversight with hands-on patient care responsibilities, including infusion services and frequent in-field visits.

About the Role

The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining exceptional patient care delivery across all cases — including infusion therapy.

This is a field-driven leadership role requiring regular travel between patient homes for:

  • Supervisory visits
  • Client assessments
  • Infusion case oversight
  • Clinical quality assurance

You will work closely with executive leadership while serving as a direct resource and mentor to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in the field.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinical operations and field staff performance
  • Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
  • Provide direct oversight of infusion therapy services
  • Travel consistently between patient homes to ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintain adherence to state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Monitor documentation accuracy and timeliness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Assist with staff training and ongoing clinical education
  • Take part in on-call rotation as needed
  • Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • BSN preferred
  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Infusion nursing experience required
  • Home health experience strongly preferred
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of home care regulatory standards
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
