• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' needs, presenting concerns, and treatment goals.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Provide couples and family therapy sessions to navigate relationship dynamics, communication challenges, and family conflicts effectively.
• Craft personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of clients, with clear objectives and interventions designed to track progress.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring timely and effective response.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, coping strategies, and available resources to enhance their understanding and promote recovery.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, including assessment documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Adhere to established ethical guidelines and legal regulations to ensure informed consent and client confidentiality are maintained throughout the therapeutic process.

This full-time LPC position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, with the potential for bonus opportunities.
