• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing patients to identify mental health needs and concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual circumstances.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling sessions, ensuring accessibility to mental health services for all patients.

The LCSW will be working with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with specialized experience in children and family therapy, crisis intervention, or treatment of severe mental illness will be given preference. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
