• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport through strong interpersonal skills and the maintenance of professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine readiness for discharge.
• Create, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Document client interactions and track their progress meticulously to ensure a thorough understanding of their evolving needs.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gauge client issues, strengths, and needs.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions per week to guide clients in their recovery journey.
• Engage in individual supervision to gain feedback and refine clinical practices continuously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to develop a holistic care approach.
• Promote a growth mindset that is central to our practice's philosophy through continuous learning and adaptation.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating clinical proficiency.
• Proficiency in technology, including an ability to navigate software like Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and initial client evaluations.

• Experience in working with diverse populations, particularly in underserved communities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.
• Established ability to manage and build impactful therapeutic relationships.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our practice operates on a fee-for-service model, offering guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, ensuring clinicians are compensated without the delay of reimbursement processes. Additional bonus opportunities are available for high performers.
