Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport through strong interpersonal skills and the maintenance of professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine readiness for discharge.
  • Create, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s needs.

  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gauge client issues, strengths, and needs.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions per week to guide clients in their recovery journey.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to develop a holistic care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
