Job description

PRH is looking for a team member to join our Quality department in the role of Quality Analyst. This position is 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week).

POSITION SUMMARY:

Working under the general direction of the Quality Manager, this position supports the organization in a variety of functions with the general focus being improvement of clinical quality and patient safety/satisfaction. This position is key in meeting the need of the organization to gather, organize and present data in usable formats for the purposes of validating quality or identifying opportunities to improve processes in order to promote optimal patient outcomes.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION

  • Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Wisconsin required.
  • A bachelors in nursing is preferred.
  • Must be able to navigate the electronic medical record for majority of job functions and be comfortable in use of Microsoft for graphing and report writing.

FTE: 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week)

Shift: Monday-Friday
