We are looking for Technical Program Manager for our client in Frisco, TX.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Location: Frisco, TX

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70.00hr - $75.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain programs.
  • Strong understanding of logistics business processes and operations.
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain transformation programs.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Drive implementation and enhancement of logistics systems, including TMS, WMS, ERP, and integration platforms.
  • Coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, and distribution process improvements.
  • Monitor project KPIs and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, status reporting, governance meetings, and executive updates.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.
  • Support testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Nice to Have:

  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
  • Experience with SAP EWM, SAP TM, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or similar logistics platforms.
