Key Responsibilities: Translate strategic priorities into program goals, OKRs, KPIs, roadmaps, and action plans. Lead multiple large and highly complex programs across business functions. Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and training. Manage program budgets, risks, dependencies, and changes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change management initiatives. Analyze program performance and recommend solutions to improve effectiveness. Define, document, coordinate, and implement business requirements. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business decisions. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve program objectives. Identify and mitigate risks or constraints that could affect program delivery. Maintain program documentation and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Lead teams, delegate assignments, and mentor team members. Support development and implementation of department policies, standards, and processes. Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, Generative AI, and automation, for practical business applications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong experience managing multiple complex programs and initiatives.
