Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Program Assistant to join our team. The Program Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our facility and assisting clients on their journey to recovery. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Provide support and encouragement to clients throughout their residential treatment experience
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures
  • Complete shift reports for the clinical team
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities as required
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare or human services setting, particularly with individuals with substance abuse issues, is desirable but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Willingness to work evening and nights
