Want to be part of a team transforming healthcare?
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Product Specialist to join our team. Working within the Product Management department, you will be responsible for the clinical promotion of, and ensuring customer satisfaction with, our Medical and Veterinary Systems. Using your clinical knowledge base, training expertise and commercial skills, you will promote and educate medical and veterinary professionals on Adaptix's unique tomosynthesis imaging technologies, ensuring high levels of engagement and customer satisfaction.
The Company

Medical imaging helps patients by enabling early and accurate diagnosis.ย  However, 2D X-rays can be inconclusive as they give a fundamentally limited view of our 3D bodies.ย  3D images are possible with CT scanners but these are much expensive, give a high dose of radiation and moving a critically ill patient to a scanner can be labour-intensive and risky.

At Adaptix we are helping make 3D imaging more accessible to the people who need it by producing mobile, low dose systems that can be brought to patients and deliver imaging at point-of-care.
Candidate Profile
As our ideal candidate, you will be educated to degree level in Radiography and have a current ARRT certification or equivalent.
Product Sales Support
  • Promote excellent relationships with customers to ensure product and market needs are well understood and providing support to the internal and external sales team in commercial negotiationsย 
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling product marketing material (White papers, presentations)
  • Contribute to the completion of Technical Sales Responses
  • Provide training internally and to distributors on the Adaptix DT Medical and Veterinary systems
  • Manage and Collect high quality image data to promote key system benefits
Training/Applications Support
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Service and R&D to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to promote the benefits of the Adaptix Medical and Vet Systems
Product Development
  • Collate and share customer feedback to enhance future system development
  • Support clinical trials and studies in conjunction with the R&D team and external clinical partners
Skills:ย 
  • Core Radiography knowledge, and image interpretation requirements
  • An understanding of learning styles to meet customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and to be self motivated
  • Problem solving nature, being ability to work through challenges under pressure
  • Ability to react to changing working requirements
  • Highly effective presenters; able to use PowerPoint to create impactful presentations

This is a permanent full-time role. The role will include travel to customer sites and overseas as required. Commutable access to a major airport hub would be highly advantageous due to the need for regular domestic air travel to support our distributors.
