Job Overview:

  • Supports development of the product road map leading development of new features.
  • Works with stakeholders to supports roadmap development by understanding existing functions improvements and priorities.
  • Develops strong relationships earning the trust and respect of stakeholders and engineers.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops strong relationships earning the trust and respect of stakeholders and engineers.
  • Understands market, industry and customer requirements and translates those requirements into features, functions and use cases.
  • Responsible for owning and managing development of roadmap features.
  • Applies the product management toolbox driving a product-led approach to prioritization and solutioning.
  • Leads product discovery work driving increased predictability and ROI for development work.
  • Ensures the product is robust and well-supported.
  • Supports launch plans, product marketing, and product sales through coordination, documentation and presentations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of related experience in a Business Analysis or Project Management capacity.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,100.00 - $220,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
