Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Blink Health is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product development at the intersection of clinical pharmacy operations and scalable platform infrastructure. This role is for a product leader who understands how digital pharmacies actually work: the workflows, the friction points, the regulatory constraints. You will translate that domain expertise into systems that meaningfully improve how patients access medication.

You will own product direction across tools and workflows that touch clinical operations, prescription fulfillment, and pharmacy team efficiency. Working closely with Engineering, Data, and Operations, you will build foundational capabilities that invent the next generation of digital pharmacy and make complex pharmacy workflows faster, safer, and more scalable. This is a high-ownership role on a small, sharp team with genuine 0-to-1 and then 1-100 scope.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define strategy and priorities across clinical workflow tooling, internal platforms, and pharmacy-facing products that drive BlinkRx operations. Translate complex regulatory and clinical requirements into clear technical specs that engineering teams can execute against.
  • Lead roadmap development for systems supporting prescription processing, fulfillment routing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to scope, build, and ship technical solutions that improve system performance and reliability.
  • Design reusable workflows, product components, and APIs that reduce friction for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and downstream clinical teams.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, optimize, or rebuild manual pharmacy processes for scale..
  • Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate based on data and feedback from clinical and operations stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 or more years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to digital pharmacy, healthcare technology, clinical operations, or prescription workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with how digital or clinical pharmacies operate, including prescription lifecycle, prior authorization, payer connectivity, or dispensing workflows.
  • Skilled at untangling complex, interdependent operational systems and translating them into scalable, efficient product solutions.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and integration patterns; able to translate clinical and operational requirements into clean technical specs.
  • Data-driven with a demonstrated history of using metrics to prioritize development, define success, and drive decisions.
  • Track record of delivering in cross-functional environments spanning engineering, compliance, legal, and clinical operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to move fluidly between clinical users, technical teams, and executive audiences.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with DEA scheduling requirements or EPCS (Electronic Prescribing for Controlled Substances).
  • Active pharmacist license or prior experience practicing as a pharmacist (PharmD).
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered clinical decision support, automation, or workflow tooling.
  • Prior pharmacy program management, ops excellence, or pharmacy operations experience.
  • Prior experience working with software engineers or in technical implementation roles; ability to engage with architecture and backend systems.
