A Clinical Nurse Manager RN is a registered nurse who oversees the daily operations of a nursing unit or department within a healthcare facility. They are responsible for managing nursing staff, coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing policies to improve patient outcomes. Clinical Nurse Managers also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and staff development, while serving as a liaison between nurses, physicians, and hospital administration.
