Location: Taylorsville, UT

Pay: $2,083.20 weekly

Shifts: 7 on/7 off, Days 7:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Medical Lab Scientist

  • Conduct daily maintenance, QC, and calibrations on analyzers and patient testing
  • Perform specimen processing including testing orders, centrifuging, and preparing for transport
  • Maintain lab supplies and ensure cleanliness of lab surfaces
  • Support the operations of the Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED)

Requirements of the Medical Lab Scientist

  • Certified MLS or MLT through ASCP or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospital laboratory environment
  • Familiarity with EPIC is preferred
  • Experience with Siemens Dimension EXL, Sysmex 1000, Roche Clineteck, and other listed analyzers
