Are you ready to lead a high-impact laboratory that drives real decisions in animal health and nutrition? PIPESTONE is looking for a Clinical Lab Manager to oversee lab operations that support our Nutrition, Veterinary, and Sow Farm Management teams.

In this role, you'll be the critical link between the lab, our field teams, and farmers-using cutting-edge technology and real-time data to make an impact every day.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of lab technicians
  • Oversee testing of feed ingredients, finished feeds, and andrology samples
  • Coordinate diagnostic submissions with veterinarians
  • Monitor sow farm testing compliance
  • Maintain and calibrate NIR & MycoFoss equipment
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of lab data
  • Communicate results quickly to support daily decision-making

What You Bring
