Location: San Francisco
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $25-$26/hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading dental higher education organization that supports both academic programs and an active clinical environment to hire an Administrative Assistant. This role will provide essential administrative support to the Lab department and is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare and education setting.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling administrative tasks, managing incoming correspondence, supporting internal teams, and communicating professionally with vendors, staff, and occasional patients.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Lab department.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
  • Manage incoming mail, including sorting, opening, organizing, and distributing correspondence.
  • Assist with document handling, filing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support communication with vendors and internal departments as needed.
  • Answer and route phone calls professionally, including occasional patient inquiries and check-ins.
  • Assist with maintaining smooth daily operations within the department.
  • Provide additional administrative support and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, data entry, or office support experience in a healthcare or lab setting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
