Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled COTA services to residents in a post-acute/SNF setting.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Meet productivity standards while maintaining high quality of care.
  • Participate in patient/family education and discharge planning as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Valid CA state licence as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) — required.
  • Graduate of an accredited programme in your discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in SNF / post-acute care preferred.
