Tempus AI is focused on precision medicine and advancing the healthcare industry through AI technology. They are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive clinical data integration projects and ensure effective communication between teams and healthcare partners.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple EHR integration and data ingestion projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison between external healthcare organizations, internal engineering teams, and clinical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and project alignment.
• Define project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies while developing detailed implementation plans and workflows.
• Coordinate with technical teams on HL7 v2, FHIR API, and data transformation requirements to support interoperability.
• Work closely with clinical informatics, engineering, and support teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and usability.
