Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-complexity, high-visibility strategic projects and programs supporting the AI Health Cloud platform. This role is ideal for an experienced project/program manager who excels in Agile execution, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level reporting.
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span AI-enabled product development, data platforms, healthcare integrations, and cloud technologies. The role requires strong leadership across infrastructure, engineering, product, data, AI/ML, pharmacy, provider, and corporate teams to ensure projects are delivered predictably, transparently, and with clear value realization.
Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects and programs from initiation through delivery, stabilization, and value realization.
  • Drive execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant technical depth and organizational visibility.
  • Establish and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and change across programs.

Agile Execution & Ways of Working
  • Run projects primarily within an Agile framework, partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership.
  • Support Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) as appropriate to the delivery model.
  • Ensure alignment between roadmaps, backlogs, delivery plans, and release schedules.
  • Promote continuous improvement, delivery discipline, and predictable execution.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across product, engineering, data, AI/ML, clinical, pharmacy, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support executive-level discussions by translating delivery status into business-relevant insights.
  • Drive alignment across teams with competing priorities and shared dependencies.

Reporting, Metrics & Value Realization
  • Own program-level reporting including:
    • Roadmaps and delivery timelines
    • Schedule health and forecast accuracy
    • Key delivery KPIs and milestones
    • Risks, issues, and dependency tracking
  • Partner with Product and Business leaders to track value realization, benefits, and outcomes tied to delivered initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery metrics and status reporting are accurate, timely, and decision ready.

Tools, Governance & Delivery Discipline
  • Manage work using Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards or equivalent Agile delivery tools.
  • Ensure consistent use of delivery standards, templates, and governance practices.
  • Support portfolio-level planning, sequencing, and prioritization efforts.

Contribute to continuous improvement of project and program management practices
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing complex projects or programs.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience using ADO Boards or comparable tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare technology, payer, provider, pharmacy, or regulated environments.
  • Experience managing AI-enabled product development, data platform, or analytics initiatives.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data/AI delivery lifecycles.
  • Background supporting enterprise or executive-level strategic initiatives.
